Welcome to Ellanbrae Park
Ellanbrae Park is a picturesque equestrian property set on 61 acres in Macedon, Victoria.
Formerly known as Statene Park, it was originally established by Olympian, Mary Hanna, and her late husband, Gert Donvig, as one of Australia’s earliest purpose designed dressage training and breeding properties.
Since Mary’s move to Drysdale, the property had been used for breeding Polish Arabians.
Many people have ridden and trained at our beautiful property in the past with Mary Hanna, and have wonderful memories of time spent here.
Since purchasing this beautiful property in December 2012, we have been rapidly restoring it to its former glory, and aim to again host the best riders and trainers in Australia, and internationally.
Ellanbrae Park is owned by David Shavin, and operated by his partner, Carolyn Welsh, who is responsible for day to day management of the property and has many years experience working with horses.
We welcome enquiries to host clinics in the indoor arena. Details of upcoming clinics will be posted on our News page.
The indoor arena is also available for casual use.
